A dream built together

TONY AND MAGGY HALL

Riad Chameleon began with a leap of faith. Tony and Maggy packed up their life in England, sold everything and moved to Marrakech to turn a shared dream into something real.

The photograph shows Tony during the renovation, while that dream was still taking shape. Many years later, Riad Chameleon is a warm and welcoming seven bedroom boutique retreat, offering guests a peaceful base from which to discover the colour and character of Marrakech.

The name was inspired by their daughter. She felt the riad was like a chameleon: colourful, full of character and able to adapt to the different guests who stay there. It was the perfect name for the little oasis Tony and Maggy had built together.

Everything we hoped for and more!

“This Riad is a little oasis in the Medina. The courtyard is just so pretty, the pool was wonderfully refreshing and a bigger than I expected. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great AC. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay in Marrakech. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is plentiful and served on the lovely covered terrace with beautiful views. There is also a sun terrace with large umbrella if needed. This place was perfect for our stay.”
